The Energy Authority, Inc., (TEA) is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated under the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. It maintains its headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, with two additional offices to service client accounts: the Seattle office in Bellevue, Washington and at the Portland office in Portland, Oregon.
